A highly detailed digital replica of an adolescent sperm whale skull is utilized to overlook a female specimen's anatomy. To create an immersive 3D experience for the SA Maritime Museum's Leviathan exhibition, the scan was employed as a vital component. Leveraging object detection technology, the interactive display detects the presence of the skull based on this model and then vividly presents organs, skin, and other intricate elements to captivate museum visitors.
