This is the same 1.5" ID for attaching to the sander like the original design but changed the vacuum attachment side to 1 3/16" ID. This makes it so that my shop-vac hose fits inside the attachment. The design had a small overhang on the inside of the piece when I first tried printing it. I made changes to the design. It should be completely smooth now. I only used supports on the sander attachment side for the locking arms.
