Ski tuning / waxing mount

As I wrestled with tuning my skis and applying wax, one hand clinging to the brake, I made the decision to design this straightforward ski holder. It's built around measurements from my Fischer Ski boots, yet it accommodates all of my family's skis. You simply need to attach it to a small piece of 2 x 4 and ensure that the dimensions align with those of the boot. I used a smaller self-tapping lag bolt (13 mm) and carefully measured and pre-drilled the holes for mounting them. Once properly secured, you can use a standard bench vise to hold everything steady while working on your skis.
