My girlfriend's vintage Rossignol ski shoe had a severely damaged ski sole/heel, prompting me to redesign the original broken component with a more robust design. I succeeded in creating a functional replacement. To maximize durability, it's recommended that you print this part using Ninjaflex filament to absorb shocks effectively; however, I printed it with PLA and it still functions remarkably well. The part was printed with 40% infill and performs admirably.
