<p>This is a series of designs is a wall mounted rack to hold and organize skis and snowboard without applying load onto the tips and tails. This system uses standard Number 8 Screws (4.8mm major diameter) in order to be secured onto the flat surface that you would like to store your snow floatation device on. This design has four different configurations:</p> <ul> <li>122mm wide version, which works with most modern all mountain skis.</li> <li>122mm wide infinite length version, to allow a continuous run of mounts.</li> <li>280mm wide version designed for snowboards</li> <li>101mm wide version, which works on most kids and smaller width shaped skis.</li> </ul> <p>I have also included the SolidWorks file that has all four configurations if further adjustment is desired by the end user.</p> <hr/> <h3>Revisions:</h3> <p>*<strong>Revision 01</strong> - Initial Release of 122mm wide ski version - *<strong>Revision 02</strong> - Added files for: Snowboard, infinite length, and kids skis. Updated part overview - 11/27/21</p> <hr/> <h3>Print Settings:</h3> <ul> <li>Each STL has saved can be separated in slicers into individual parts using the "split into parts" function found in most slicers.</li> <li>Material - PETG, ABS, or PLA</li> <li>Perimeters - 3 (with 0.4mm Nozzle)</li> <li>Supports - Not needed</li> <li>Infill Percentage - 20%</li> <li>Layer Resolution - 0.2mm</li> </ul> <hr/> <h3>Additional Details:</h3> <ul> <li>Parts can be glued together for additional securement, but is not needed for most wall mounts.</li> </ul> Category: Sport & Outdoors
