Ski Pulk 2015
cults3d
Printed parts used in a ski pulk are made from polycarbonate, nylon, or PET materials. This design relies on a Paris Expedition Sled, epoxy poles measuring 65 inches long from Tap Plastics, a six-millimeter rope, an Osprey Hip Belt, and one-inch by one-millimeter webbing. I've been using various versions of this pulk for several years and make adjustments each winter. Fins and brake are only necessary on steep slopes and traverses, made from three millimeters thick material designed to be printed with a 1.2 millimeter nozzle, 1.5 millimeter extrusion width in vase mode.
