Ski Helmet Clip for Mask Remix with bigger knob

<p>I really like the <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/de/prints/103211-ski-helmet-clip-for-mask-covid-ffp2-n95">Ski Helmet Clip for Mask (COVID-FFP2-N95)</a> by <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/de/social/1263-koray/about">Koray</a>. The only thing that can be improved is the very small hook to which the Covid mask is attached.<br>That's why I remixed the clips with a bigger knob. So you should be able to attach the mask even with gloves.</p><p>================</p><p>Mir gefällt der <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/de/prints/103211-ski-helmet-clip-for-mask-covid-ffp2-n95">Ski Helmet Clip for Mask (COVID-FFP2-N95)</a> von <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/de/social/1263-koray/about">Koray</a> sehr gut. Das einzige, was man aus meiner Sicht verbessern kann, ist der sehr kleine Haken, an dem die Covid-Maske befestigt wird.<br>Deswegen habe ich den Clips mit einem größeren Knopf remixed. Damit sollte man auch mit Handschuhen die Maske anbringen können.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h3>Print instructions</h3><h4>Supports</h4><p>The original from Koray is well designed, so you can print it - flipped by 90° - without needing any support. You could do so with my remix also. <strong>Brim is recommended, however, as otherwise adhesion to the print bed can be critical.</strong></p><p>Alternatively you print my design flat on the bed, but then you need &nbsp;some supports. The provided g-code has little support for printing with PLA, which is easy to remove.</p><p>When you print with PETG you may aslo need according to user experience some support for the overhang of the knob.</p><p>================</p><p>Das Original von Koray ist clever konstruiert, so dass man es - um 90° gedreht - ohne Support drucken kann. Das geht auch mit meinem Remix. <strong>Dabei empfiehlt sich aber Brim, da ansonsten die Haftung am Druckbett kritisch sein kann.</strong></p><p>Alternativ kann man mein Design auch flach auf dem Bett ausdrucken, aber dann braucht man etwas Support. Der angebotene G-Code verwendet minimalen Support für den Druck mit PLA, der leicht zu entfernen ist.</p><p>Beim Drucken mit PETG werden laut User-Rückmeldungen zusätzlich Stützstrukturen für den Knopf benötigt.</p>
