I was really interested in seeing pictures of Bowden setups for the Skeleton3d, but unfortunately, I couldn't find a single upload that met my needs. So, like any good community member, I decided to take matters into my own hands and tackle the problem head-on. This is a custom clamping E3D Bowden nozzle holder designed specifically for the Skeleton3d printer. The two halves should be secured together using M3 screws and fit snugly into that rectangular notch on the X/Y Carriage. If you're working with ABS filament, don't worry if the corners start to curl up slightly - this is actually a good thing! It will help add extra tension to the clamping mechanism. To secure the bottom part, you'll need to tap or drill M3 threading into it. Alternatively, you can use M3 threaded inserts for a more secure hold. If you don't have a tap handy, simply use M3 x 15 screws and secure them with M3 nuts. My apologies in advance - I had to make some compromises when designing this nozzle holder. Unfortunately, creating nut traps or inserts would have weakened the structure and caused unnecessary complications during printing, especially without supports.
