Here is a 66mm whoop frame designed for printing in polycarbonate. It's taken ages to design something that actually withstands crashes without sustaining damage (this has absorbed many hits without breaking) and boasts superior flight characteristics compared to stock Whoop frames, as you can see for yourself in this video: https://youtu.be/w4wNIac82hM. This frame is significantly stiffer than stock frames I've tried due to the material (polycarbonate) and its design with vertical braces holding each motor securely in place. This results in exceptional flight characteristics with minimal, if any, noticeable washout. The price for these outstanding flight characteristics is approximately an extra 2g of weight over a standard frame (about 5.5g), and you need to be able to print pure PC. However, I fly this at 2S so the additional 2g don't really matter - and man, this thing flies great, even with relatively large 2S batteries.
