Skele7on "Toothpick" frame for 20x20 FCs
thingiverse
Here's my Skele7on frame, built for 20x20 stacks and an all-in-one camera, along with 110X motors. I generally prefer constructing using a 16x16 stack or an AIO board for lightweight purposes - but this time I had a spare 20x20 lying around and was surprised at how well it performed! On 3S, this frame screams. Currently, it can accommodate a maximum prop size of 65mm or 2.5 inches. If someone wants to go up to 3 inches, feel free to let me know. This design is optimized for the frame and bottom cover to be printed in polycarbonate (PC). If anyone prefers printing in ABS or nylon, please leave a comment and I'll create a slightly sturdier version. Print the camera mount with two walls in TPU, using 0% infill to keep it light. Also, print the stack "hangers" in TPU. To assemble the frame, use the hangers at the top of the stack to connect them to the frame. Then, screw the stack to the frame using four short M2 screws. I use aluminum screws for a lighter weight. My other Skele7on frame designed for all-in-one flight controllers can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3344093
