Skele7on "Toothpick" frame for 16x16 micro stack
thingiverse
Here is my Skele7on frame designed specifically for 16x16 stacks and an AIO camera with 110X motors. Other 16x16 stacks should work well too. On 3S, this thing screams. https://youtu.be/TFBXArEQAiI This build: * iFlight Succex 16x16 ESC+FC * 1103 8000kv motors * Mobula 7 camera * Frsky XM+ RX * Pyrodrone 65mm props It's really optimized for the frame and bottom cover to be printed in PC. If anyone would like to print in ABS or nylon, etc., leave a comment, and I will make a slightly sturdier version. Print the camera mount with two walls in TPU at 0% infill to keep it nice and light. Print the stack "hangers" in TPU too. Don't use the screws that come with the stack - they are too long. You'll need something like M2x10 screws. Put them in from the bottom of the stack, use the spacers that come with the stack between the ESC and the FC, then put the hangers at the top of the stack (I didn't use the VTX that comes with the stack - it sucks). The stack is then screwed to the frame with four short M2 screws. I use aluminum screws to keep the weight down. Hopefully, this is clear in the picture.
