You're looking for a skate wheel with some give, but not so much that it's too soft. I'd recommend a stiffer TPU, something that can handle the impact of rough landings without giving out on you. I've been experimenting with different settings and found that a .25mm layer height works well, along with a 10 perimeter and 50% infill. But looking back, I think I would have gone for a higher infill percentage - maybe 70 or even 100 - to get the best possible durability out of it.
