This is an upgraded Flipsky Vesc 4.12 holder that allows for secure fastening of the Vesc to a flat surface. To keep the board firmly in place, I employed plastic M3 screws with a layer of Loctite applied to prevent any unwanted movement. For optimal transistor temperature management, it's highly recommended to utilize a high-temperature filament like PETG. By elevating the board slightly, improved cooling is achieved underneath, further enhancing overall performance. Additionally, a hole was strategically positioned for installing a plastic strip that effectively clamps down on the capacitors. The combination of this bracket and Vesc creates a seamless one-piece design, ensuring risk-free operation of the Vesc at all times. However, it's essential to note that the original Shrink Rap must be removed before utilizing the bracket; once done, the entire assembly can be conveniently coated with PlastiDip for added water resistance.
