It'll absorb the shocks and rise your trucks. 4mm high Fit both old and new school boards It can hold a gopro or not There's a long and short version for the gopro mount. you can choose a better angle for your gopro with the long one ;) Please tell me if you liked it or if you've any recommandations Cheers UPDATE 27.02.21: Edited the gopro nut to the good size
