This is a life-sized model of a skate park surrounded by its environment, carefully designed by a professional architect. USAGE: This realistic model is suitable for a wide range of applications including exterior visualizations, real-time use in games and architecture, consulting services, and educational settings. Units are measured in centimeters. GEOMETRY: The model's mesh is highly detailed with smooth edges. Its geometry has been meticulously tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons to ensure optimal quality. Mesh construction allows easy editing and addition of details as needed. PRESENTATION IMAGES: All preview images were rendered using 3.20 V-Ray software. Wire images were created using a combination of VrayLightMtl and VrayDirt for geometric testing purposes. MATERIALS: The model contains both V-Ray and Standard materials. Included with the 3dsMax file archive are JPG and PNG textures, which provide added realism to the model's appearance.
