<p>Skadis holder for small-sized Kimwipes boxes, which are typically 120mm x 120mm x 75mm in size. This is by design, since there can be some variability in the actual depth of the cardboard box itself. Chamfers are included in various positions to allow for cardboard box size variations and flexing as well. The result should be a snug, solid fit when assembly is complete.</p><p>The tradeoff for this snug fit is that swapping a box out can be a bit of a pain, requiring disassembly and reassembly.</p><h3><strong>Printing Notes</strong></h3><p>For printing any heat-set insert project on a FFF/FDM printer its a good idea to use 4+ perimeters to make sure that there's enough surface for the inserts to bite into.</p><p>My test and final prints were done on a stock Prusa MINI+ with Prusament PETG. PLA and other materials should work fine though.</p>
