A fusion of myang777's VESA mount tailored specifically for IKEA's Skådis pegboard and an extensively modified VESA 75/100 adapter crafted by scrottconnerly. I required an offset for the display, allowing this setup to be mounted a few centimeters over the edge of the pegboard. Designed with an LG 22" IPS panel in mind, it includes ample space for the angled DC power plug. Possibly a very niche design, but perhaps someone will find it useful.
