Skadis hooks for Biltema pegboard

These remixes of the Skadis hooks by CSD_Salzburg were created to make many holders compatible with Biltema pegboards. However, it's worth noting that holes on the Skadis pegboard are 20 mm apart and those on the Biltema pegboard are spaced at 12 mm intervals. As a result, tool holders from the Skadis series requiring more than one hook will not fit without modification. In addition to these remixes, I adapted a solder wire holder design to utilize these hooks.
