I made a fastening bracket for IKEA BESTA and other furniture.Use the counter sunk hole to fix the bracket to the furniture and the other one is the M4 core hole for the SKADIS bolts. Just cut the thread with another M4 bolt. Use some Isopropanol or other alcohol for cooling while cutting the thread.Otherwise drill the hole thru Ø4 and place a M4 nut in the hole.
