Human Resources Specialist Manages day-to-day activities of human resources operations to support business objectives by performing a variety of tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. Recruits and interviews job candidates; develops and implements selection criteria; makes employment offers; completes background checks; and conducts orientation programs for new hires. Conducts exit interviews with departing employees to identify reasons for turnover; analyzes data from the interviews to determine trends; and develops strategies to reduce employee turnover.
