This is a remix of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:323747 orginally by Fakeprophet. I wanted longer legs with more flexibility than his model, where I could also use the original screws. These are approximately 80mm in length, giving them a substantial boost from the originals that were 65mm. Furthermore, the STL file I've uploaded has been thoroughly tested for slicing errors using Slic3r, ensuring seamless printing. 11/17/2015 A new model with reinforced screw holes was added. 11/21/2015 Printing settings were modified to compensate for original screws when working with materials less flexible than nylon. Printer Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer Model: Simple Black Printing Options Rafts: None Required Supports: None Needed Resolution: 0.1mm Precision Infill Percentage: 10% - 20% Optimal Notes: When printed in PCTPE, using a 10% infill and 0.1mm layer height, each part weighs 7g (equivalent to the original HK kit). For ABS or PLA, increasing the fill to 20% may be necessary. With the SK450 arms' inherent flexibility, I wouldn't recommend more than that.
