SK-GO/Pallet 2 bowden adapter

This replaces the top 2 standoffs that sandwich the extruder stepper motor. This adapter allows easy switching between the Pallet 2 filament bowden and the regular SecKit filament bowden tube. To use with the Pallet bowden tube, I wait for the filament to come out of the end, then manually insert it into the extruder until I feel the wheels engage, then push the Pallet bowden tube home into the adapter. The regular SecKit bowden tube passes right through the rubber gaskset, just reach underneath and release it normally to take it out. To print, make sure the large surface area is in the downward position. Once printed, you can squish the rubber gasket into the hole for a perfect fit. I printed at 100% infill since this will be a stressed part.
