Mount designed specifically for holding the Sjcam M20 camera in the center stem of a bicycle provides a stable platform for capturing footage without the annoying vibrations that come with using the standard "GoPro" style mounts. These off-the-shelf mounts are notoriously bad at dampening movement, causing them to shake and rattle excessively. To get the best possible results, it's likely necessary to modify this mount to fit your particular bicycle stem, which may not be a perfect match for the one used as a reference point in the design process. The Sjcam M20 model that was used as the basis for this custom mount has a rectangular shape with rounded edges, similar to a peanut. After testing various locations on the bike, it became clear that mounting the camera in the center stem provides the most stable foundation available. While the front of the frame might offer an alternative spot, it's unfortunately blocked by the brake cables. The designer utilized a 3D model of the Sjcam M20 from GrabCAD to ensure a precise fit between the mount and the camera. A small piece of foam tape placed inside the mount is sufficient to keep everything securely in place during use.
