Hi! I swapped out the original lens for a far superior one, courtesy of an affordable $16 GoPro 3 replacement I found on AliExpress, and performed a minor mod to accommodate its extended reach. The upgraded lens is held in place by sturdy epoxy glue within the precision-crafted ABS-printed mounting mechanism, seamlessly integrating it into the original case.
