Size Jig
thingiverse
When crafting objects, I frequently encountered a problem - the plastic printed was often not precisely the right size. I discovered that creating a set of precision jigs for PLA and ABS plastic in 0.25 millimeter increments was essential. These versatile tools feature both pins and holes and can be easily attached to a keychain. The holes are incredibly useful for selecting screw sizes, while the pins are perfect for choosing the correct size if you need a pin that fits snugly into a hole. To accurately mark the increments over the embedded sizes, I used a "Paint Marker" with the point on its side.
