This is a capsule filler. Simply slip in the larger end of each size "0" capsule into the mold and pour your vitamins into the tray, stirring them around until fully coated. When each capsule is full, it's recommended to hold the mold about an inch above a tray and push the capsule out just far enough to grasp it easily.
