Size 0 Capsule filler base

<p>This capsule filler design is my take on <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4445903">MJHeed's capsule filler</a> (link).<br>First, I modified the scale to accept size 0 capsules. You can resize this for any capsule size by setting the scale to a ratio of the (x,y,z dimension of your desired size : x,y,z dimension of size 0). Next, I scaled the size down to a 3x3 grid instead of 5x5.</p><p>I suggest at least 20% infill based on my testing.
