Since its opening in 1932, the bridge has been featured prominently in numerous films, television shows, music videos, and video games. Hollywood blockbusters include Grease (1978), Repo Man (1984), Terminator 2 (1991), In Time (2011), and The Dark Knight Rises (2012) among many others. This model and the digital preservation of the Sixth Street Bridge are a work in progress.
