I built this pen holder with raw ingenuity, drawing inspiration from the rugged essence of a real six shooter component. It surpasses my previous pen holder, which was crafted on a 3 Axis Milling Center in a more straightforward approach. Machining specifics: Job1 On the conventional lathe to reach the Ø68mm diameter and 80mm length.- Job2 On a 5axis milling center within a vertical chuck, where I skillfully milled the grooves along the side, drilled holes, created chamfers, and cut half pockets.- Job3 On a 3axis milling center in a vertical chuck, where I precision-engraved "GB" and crafted the lower face's chamfer.Material: The pen holder is made from durable Aluminium EN AW2017, finished with a sleek black anodized coating.
