I merged the head and body meshes, filling gaps along the sides and a significant void down the middle of the neck. I fine-tuned the connection for a smoother surface finish. The model has been solidified, eliminating the hole in the neck that will now be printed according to your infill settings. Every detail has been refined, and the file size has shrunk impressively to 10% of its original 212mb, now weighing in at just 23mb. Once I have more time available, I'll continue smoothing out the neck/body connection for an even more polished finish, but don't hold your breath – it might take a while, or perhaps never happen at all!
