This is a model of a 4-pin without center pin '1508' (1.54mm x 0.84mm) SMT case MEMS Crystal Oscillator from SiTime. It is available as a :standard Crystal Oscillator (XO) [too many parts to list]or as a Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO) for the frequencies of 32 KHz, 32.768 KHz, and 512 KHz [SiT1552, SiT1566, SiT1568, SiT1576]. It is also available from Jauch as a TCXO for 32.768 KHz in the same package with a stability of +/- 5 PPM.The frequency range is from 1 Hz to 26 MHz, with stability from +/-3 PPM to +/-100 PPM, and operating voltages from 1.2V ~ 3.3VMEMS oscillators are more stable, more reliable, and have less drift than standard crystal oscillators.NOTE : For RF links that need to be synchronized, a +/-3 PPM a 32.786 KHz oscillator would have to wake up roughly every 30 seconds, stabilize and resync within 1 second to achieve link-to-link clock synchronization. This would reduce battery power consumption to a minimum when the MCU is sleep mode and would have a duty cycle of 1 sec / 60 sec = 1/60 or 0.016% - - A battery that has 1 Watt hour would last 60 sec * 60 min = 3,600 sec would last about 60 days IF the MCU was consuming 1 watt, but typically consumes about 10 mW , so the battery would last about 600 days or roughly 2 years.For more information contact SiTime : https://www.sitime.com/products
