SITE (Force 8) Filter to 40mm NATO mask converter
thingiverse
Converter for attaching SITE (Force 8) filters to standard 40mm NATO thread in masks. I suggests layers between 0.2 and 0.3 mm. No supports needed. Be sure that bottom of the adapter (the mask side) is flat - it seals on the rubber in mask. If not using glass bead you should sand it a little. If using in hazardous environments print with increased flow and you must seal inside of the converter with epoxy or other sealant. 3D prints are almost never airtight. Test by blocking converter installed in mask and inhaling sharply. the do the same with filter on. Shorter version for "Fernez by Willson" mask is also provided - may be too short for other masks. I used it on extremely dusty environment with fine dust and lead particles for over 4 hours without trouble.
