Sistema Trio 580ml flexible bottle sealing

I recently bought the Sistema Trio 580ml bottle, which I wanted to use while cycling. It's very handy because it has a smaller twist cap for drinking or pouring and a wide mouth opening for cleaning. Unfortunately, it starts leaking when the liquid reaches the threads, which happens almost every time I use it, as it's inside my backpack pocket when I'm cycling and the liquid is moving around in the bottle. This seems to be a common issue with many customers, as you can find comments about it all over the internet. As I've always been interested in printing flexible materials, I decided to make my own sealings. The ones shown are printed with Verbatim Primalloy (the first flexible material I ever bought), using a hotend temperature of 245°C and a heated bed with 20mm/s on a Hypercube 200 printer. After making some changes to the extruder construction, it works well for me now. It's better to print one after another due to stringing issues (as you can see in the picture). The bigger one is slightly tricky to insert into the gap. I hope someone finds this information useful. Feel free to leave a comment. Best regards, Sascha All brands and trademarks mentioned are owned by their respective companies, and I've only named them for informational purposes.
