It has probably happened to someone that they have difficulty removing the ptfe tube from the hotend in the bowden system, sometimes damaging it irreparably in the small PC-M10/6 quick connector. This is mainly due to wear on the same tube that tends to rotate in the quick connector when the head moves along the X axis from right to left and vice versa. This problem worsens when we tend to shorten the tube as much as possible because the distance between the extruder and hotend are the true Achilles' heel of this system compared to direct drive. The problem logically decreases if we significantly lengthen the tube but it affects a lot on the tolerance of filament push and retract. To overcome this problem, I thought of creating a bearing with 360° free rotation on the tube by using a simple MR105ZZ bearing and two PC-M6 quick connectors, while the rest is printed in simple PLA. This allows us to have a free rotation of the ptfe tube without compromising its rigidity in push and retract, as well as allowing us to work with correct lengths of ptfe without having to lengthen them too much.
