Siren Whistle (loud!)

Siren Whistle (loud!)

prusaprinters

Fast and easy print!Printed with nozzle 0.4 / layer 0.2 - no supports Absolutely minimal construction to turn the large horn available with the Portable Air Horn into a very loud siren whistle.Simple assembly and disassembly. See video below (assembly and sound): The same applies to this design as for the original airhorn: hearing it yourself is always louder! For proper working, you must ensure that the inside of the horn is neatly smooth at the location of the fan and the sound plate. The shaft protrudes slightly through the Holding Ring. Make sure the soundplate fits tightly in the horn (check if it's neatly round!). Make sure the fan can rotate freely around the axle as you can see in the video.By moving your tongue in front of the opening while blowing you can make modulating sounds.Blow hard!I have experimented a lot with different Fans and Sound Plates. The current combination gives the best and loudest result. The narrow ring on the Sound Plate where the Fan rests is essential, do not sand it off!For those who have not yet printed the large horn of the Portable Airhorn, it has also been added to the STL files.p.s. using the siren whistle and airhorn to sound together is (sadly) not possible. You can use the body from the air horn as mouthpiece, but pull back the membrane then for good air flow!
