It's a replacement part (marked as B in Figure 4.1 of the manual) for a siphon tube on top-loaded "Brandt" washing machines. The unique shape necessitates a 0.5mm thick base around the circular foundation to guarantee printing stability. After printing is complete, carefully cut it out.
