Sintron Zaxis Endstop Holder
thingiverse
The Sintron endstop holders are remarkably flimsy in design. Despite repairing the broken z holder with a bit of wood, the z axis remained woefully unstable, rendering any printing attempt precarious. However, after several tries, a solution emerged. This is version 3 of the revised endstop holder system. An M3 screw tapped into the motor bracket strikes the button perfectly when tightened just so! While the thread is somewhat loose, a small drop of tippex secures it in place with ease. The slot measures precisely 40mm x 2mm and features three 0.3mm bumps inside that firmly hold the endstop in position. The bracket remains steady thanks to its mounting on an 8mm smooth rod & 5mm acrylic base, ensuring a stable printing experience.
