I'm surprised by how frequently that kitchen sink spillover adapter breaks down. A 90° connector between a kitchen sink spillover and a 25x15mm rounded pvc tube is what's needed, but finding the right parts can be a challenge. Apparently, using OpenSCAD on a lazy Sunday is more productive than searching for and ordering those hard-to-find components. In Norway, that original part is commonly sold as "universal spillover/universalt overløp" (e.g. https://www.jafo.no/produkter/vannlas/bunnventiler-tilbehor/product/overlop-universalt/), so it's not uncommon at all. Modeled after the original, I used nutnsbolts and rounded_square modules to create this design. It fits an M6 screw and nut perfectly. My first PETG print was a success, but I did have to increase retraction to prevent oozing. Support layers still moved around, but that didn't affect the quality of the main layers. This design isn't ideal for printing with or without supports, but I've managed to tune it well enough not to mind.
