Sink Plumbing Hole Filler

I had to run some plumbing tubes through my cabinet walls and wanted a cleaner look. It fits about a 5" hole, and I used a little caulk to secure it and put one on each side. The second version has smaller holes within the filler for my PVC drainage, dishwasher water supply, and dishwasher drain line. I used it to route my lines through the base of the cabinet. I hope you're able to adapt these two pieces to your uses.
