Clean up the area thoroughly, then drive the pin through the strainer and position it on top of the plug. Next, push the pin forcefully through the plug to secure it in place. Job complete. I encountered some challenges while printing the outer curve of the strainer, but it becomes imperceptible when the device is in use. After printing, simply file away the support pins beneath the cup using a flat metal file. All components were printed with 100% infill and a 2mm shell thickness.
