In my recent project, I designed a custom 13' pitched rinse table for an autopsy/de-veining company, Vericose. The table features a discard slope that directs waste to the main basin and has a bull-nose radial edge with contoured corners and cross-buck drainage. As a custom fabricator, creating non-standard parts posed challenges. The unit is supported by McMaster-Carr legs and its welded seams were pickled using Wonder Gel. The table itself is made of 0.060" 316 SST with varying thicknesses under the countertop and was not gas backed by Argon.
