I successfully printed a simple drain in two pieces without using any supports. It worked flawlessly in my kitchen sink. I achieved this by printing at 0.2 layer height, using both ABS and PLA, and opting for no supports whatsoever with 100% infill. The external grille diameter measures 53mm, while the external ring diameter comes in at 61mm.
