Here are all the design files for a simple whetstone sink bridge. I based this design on my sink's measurements, but I am sure you can easily modify it by changing the lengths of threaded rods. As it is, it can be fit onto sinks between 39 and 45 cm length. Parts 1 and 2 are stationary (have thread inside the holes). Parts 3 and 4 are used for whetstone regulation (should accommodate all whetstones from 5 to 22cm long). ______________LIST OF MATERIALS_______________ - 3D printed parts - 1m of M8 threaded rod (I bought 5 pack of 30 cm and it worked well) - 4 x M8 rod connectors - 4 x M8 wing nuts - 4 x M8 washers - 2 x M8 nuts - something to cut threaded rods - blue thread locker (probably could do without it, but it just makes it more sturdy) - pliers or similar to properly screw the rods in ________________ASSEMBLY_________________ Use MS Paint picture as a guide (to all mechanical engineers here - I'm sorry). Numbers 1 - 4 correspond to .stl files attached. I started my assembly from part 1 with rods sticking out and then did the same to part 2. I connected both of those using connectors are then kept adding on another parts units the assembly was finished.
