Sink & Bathroom Plunger
thingiverse
A functional pneumatic plunger to unclog a sink. How to use: 1. Screw the rod into the cylinder for a secure fit. 2. Install the pneumatic cylinder, ensuring it's tightly fitted, though it will settle after a few uses. Use some candle wax around the cylinder to help push it inside. Begin with the standard cylinder: CYLINDER 0.0 (standard size). Print only this cylinder first. 3. If the fit is too tight, print CYLINDER -0.2; it has a 0.2 mm smaller diameter. 4. If that doesn't work, try printing CYLINDER -0.3. 5. If the standard cylinder doesn't fit tightly for some reason, try CYLINDER +0.2 or CYLINDER +0.3. 6. Use an optional skirt for better suction in certain sinks. Printed at 0.1 mm layer with 20% fill. Supports: none. A 0.2 mm layer should be sufficient.
