This is a collection of spacers designed specifically for converting mountain bikes to singlespeed configurations. To create this conversion, simply utilize an mtb cassette paired with a cog boasting your preferred tooth count, secured by a threaded cap. For optimal results, take precise measurements of the cog's position and meticulously calculate the possible combinations of various spacer sizes. A SolidWorks model is provided for your convenience, enabling you to customize the dimensions of the desired spacer. As a general guideline, it's recommended to leave approximately 1mm protruding from the hub body, thereby ensuring the threaded cap can exert sufficient clamping force. Before embarking on the project, print a test spacer and adjust the scale accordingly; a 101% scale is deemed adequate for providing ample clearance while facilitating easier mounting.
