This setup features a Z-axis bracket paired with a Z-endstop for the TEVO Tarantula 3D Printer. To proceed, you only need to print both the RED Z-Axis brackets. The 'Top Z-Axis Bracket (YELLOW).stl' is intended for those who wish to attach the Z-rod beneath the Z-motor bracket, as shown in the example picture. You can utilize the screws and nuts provided with the printer. However, there are additional parts you need to acquire from your local hobby shop: 1x M5 nut (required for the lower hole of the endstop) 1x M5 nylon nut (necessary for the upper hole of the endstop) 1x M5 50mm bolt (with a hexagon head) 2x roll bearings Before assembly, ensure that your Z-axis is perfectly straight by rolling it over a flat surface. Sand the surfaces of the oldham coupler to guarantee a precise fit. Avoid adding grease, as this will cause them to become 'sticky'. Important Assembly Instructions: When assembling the bracket, you must first screw down the coupler to the z-axis. After all the weight is securely attached to the z-axis, then and only then should you screw down the coupler to the motor pin. This approach prevents (or minimizes) any weight from pulling down on your motor and coupler spring. The lower section of the coupler holds the z-axis atop the bearing, thus nearly all the weight is supported by the bracket.
