Single Screw work boat (STOPED, description bellow)

This project has been halted and will not be further developed. A critical design flaw exists: the screw is positioned too high, resulting in excessive vibration at higher RPMs, which generates more noise than thrust. The boat's size is also a concern as it cannot dive deeply, making it necessary to either lower the screw or increase the boat's height to prevent sinking. I applied putty twice and painted twice in 2017, but I'm not sure if this was worth doing. However, buoyancy appears to be satisfactory at 2.5 kg, which is the maximum weight. Hopefully, all components will be lighter. The bottom part of the boat has been glued, but it's a nightmare, especially the front end. Next on my agenda is extensive grinding, putty application, polishing, and eventually water insulation. I'm undecided between marine lacquer or glass fiber with epoxy for this purpose. Despite its appeal, this project isn't suitable for mass production. This is just a starting point, and it's far from complete. All credit goes to Lewis; I've simply modified his work in my own way. Since I dislike gluing, many parts are designed to interlock, so if you use plywood of any thickness other than 3 mm, you'll encounter issues. Proceed at your own risk. For now, here are some tips and tricks: for bending the sides, soak them in water for 20 minutes beforehand, and be mindful of the wood grain as it bends one way but breaks the other.
