Step 2: Determine where to place the Rod End Holders inside the box, ensuring enough room for the spool and easy access. Step 3: Glue the Rod End Holders inside the box using your preferred adhesive, making sure to scuff up the plastic surface first. Step 4: Assemble the Spool with bearings, threaded rod made from the bolt, and nuts to hold it in place. Step 5: Pour 1 cup of Orange Indicating Silica Gel Beads Desiccant into the box. Step 6: Slide the spool into the Cereal dry box, aligning the ends of the threaded rods with the Rod End Holders. Step 7: Drill a 5.5mm hole for the filament to exit and deburr it for a better seal. Add an o-ring to the PC4 M6 fitting and screw it in. Step 8: Push and lock the PFTE tube into the fitting, then thread the filament end through it. Place the PFTE Tube Cap on the end of the tube. Step 9: Secure the lid of the Cereal Dry Box. Conclusion: I'm still not fully satisfied with this design, but it's what I came up with so far. My main complaints about dry boxes are that there's no way to re-roll the filament without opening the box and introducing more humidity.
