Single Relay Module Bumper
thingiverse
I designed a bumper for my Arduino single relay module to shield the pins from potential shorts, which can be very hazardous when working with AC. The bumper not only adds an extra layer of protection but also makes the module look more visually appealing. Despite the photo may not show it clearly, I was able to pack the board snugly into the bumper, ensuring that it won't fall off when assembled. This is my first design, and I created it using OpenSCAD software. The bumper comes with pre-drilled holes, allowing you to screw it in place if desired. If there's something you'd like me to modify or if you're interested in accessing the source file, feel free to leave a comment. At this time, the code is a bit messy but I'll clean and share it upon request. You can purchase this bumper from: http://www.ebay.com/itm/121310737665?_trksid=p2060778.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT **Instructions** To assemble, I used ABS material with 0.2mm layer height and 25% infill. However, you can achieve successful results by using alternative settings and materials as well.
