Designing a tool that's fully assembled and functioning right out of the printer is my goal. Numerous 3D-printed wrench designs have been shared online, but many suffer from poor alignment - they're laid flat on the bed with rotation-axis and sliding surfaces set horizontally. I'm taking a different approach by setting the rotation-axis vertically for improved accuracy. 1. Print Get this object printed without any additional support. 2. Remove Support Use a sharp knife or pliers to remove the support material safely.
